RETURN POLICY
United Grandparents Club is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (7) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. United Grandparents Club does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within (12-24) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
To return your merchandise, please email: hello@UnitedGrandparentClub.com for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME.
CHANGE MY ORDER
You may make changes your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact hello@UnitedGrandparentClub.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will get in touch with you and confirm the changes to your order ASAP.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY STATUS
At United Grandparents we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Estimating Delivery Time
The actual delivery timeframe will vary based on your destination and your country's customs office. Note that international orders shipped with standard delivery can be difficult to track, and may take up to 5-20 business days to deliver.
Duties and Taxes
The customer is required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance, and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
Why Can't You Ship to My Country?
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries and regions.
TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your order is confirmed and shipped out, you'll be getting a confirmation e-mail from United Grandparents Club, with this you'll receive a tracking code. Sometimes it may take 2-4 days to receive a tracking code depending on the carrier. The transit progress will also be notified through e-mail and it can also be tracked by "Track my order" option in our website.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS*
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report by following the instructions below:
If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
- Take a photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to hello@UnitedGrandparentClub.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
- If the evidences are satisfactory and the damage/defect is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement ASAP.
* - This does not apply to apparels, promotional offers and free products offered in giveaways. The damage claims will be rigorously analyzed and handled by dedicated staff. \
PRODUCT SIZE & DETAILS
Sizing guides can be found under the description of each product and the sizes are based on US sizes. As we make these products after placing an order, please do take consideration about size as ordering a size up or down would cost you more.
CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
United Grandparents Club provides customization/personalization to existing collection of products or offer custom designs upon request of the customer. These would be handled by the expert designers in-house!

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
If you have received a promotion/discount CODE, you may redeem your discount at the time of Checkout in your Cart Discount section. Please note that the discount codes will have one-time uses only!
